Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4 ounces pretzels (snack-type) or 4 ounces breadcrumbs, crushed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Wash your goddamn hands.
  2. Set hamburger buns aside.
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients and knead together.
  4. Create 8 thick patties from resulting mixture.
  5. Grill patties on medium-high heat on grill, 5 or so minutes per side.
  6. Remove cooked patties from grill and place onto bottom buns, covering with top buns.
  7. Serve.
