  1. Brown ground turkey separately.
  2. Brown the onion and pepper in olive oil.
  3. Add the chili powder to the veggies and mix in well.
  4. When sufficiently browned, add the canned beans and tomatoes.
  5. Allow to come up to temperature and add cocoa powder and cinnamon, mixing in well.
  6. Add Turkey to chili.
  7. Continue to allow to bubble, adding other spices to taste.
