  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Grease a 9x12 cake pan.
  • Sift flour, B.Powder, Cornmeal & Salt into a bowl, stir to blend dry ingredients.
  • Add Milk, Syrup, Butter & Eggs. Use hand mixer to blend.
  • Pour into pan, and bake for 40min (or until done).
  • (spice it up, in the past I've put Craisins (dried Cranberries ) in the cake, or a half teaspoons of Nutmeg. use your imagination).
