John's Southwest Corn and Zucchini (With a Kick)

  • Boil corn until almost done.
  • In Frying pan, melt the butter.
  • Add the corn and zucchini and fry until zucchini is crisp, tender.
  • Add chili powder, cumin and sugar. May want to add more or less depending on taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

I live in Southeastern Wisconsin and besides a busy family life with 3 kids (17, 13, 10) and all their activities, my husband and I own an Engineering company where we host many visitors for lunch on occasion.
