  • Sift together cocoa and 1 cup powdered sugar.
  • Combine and stir in bourbon and corn syrup.
  • Add and mix thoroughly vanilla wafers and pecans.
  • Roll mixture into small balls.
  • Dredge in remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
