Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 (8 ounce) can French onion soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 14 cup butter

Directions

  1. Melt the half stick of butter in a glass baking dish, in a 350 oven. When butter is melted, add rice, soup & mushrooms. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes, whenever rice is puffed up/done.
