Ingredients: 2 jalapeno peppers, minced; 2 garlic cloves, pressed; 1 lemon, juice and zest of; 1 lime, juice and zest of; 1 orange, juice and zest of; 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 2 teaspoons sea salt; 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper; 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes; 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; 1 teaspoon ground cumin; 2 teaspoons oregano (thanks Chef #303700)

Reviewed for PAC Fall 2007. Jamilah is my first baby for this PAC and what a gem. Loved the citrusy flavors and kick from the hot peppers.I'm tempted to add some type of herbs next time I make this...or maybe a little allspice.Thanks Jamilah! UPDATE:April 21/2010 I made this again to marinate pork chops and added 2 tsp. Oregano....just super yummy!

This is one of the best marinades I have made. Cool citrus flavors contrasts the heat (just the right amount) from the peppers. I did not add the salt, since I thought the Worcestershire would add enough salt, and it did. I used this on some chicken thighs, which I baked in the oven. I am looking forward to trying this with bbq'd chicken. Made for Spring 2009 PAC Orphanage.

Made for 2008 All New Zaar Cookbooks Tag. I'm always looking for different marinades and this was excellent! We had it on sirloin steak and there wasn't a drop of meat left on the plate. I will most definitely make this again and will also try it on chicken and pork! Thanks Jamilah for posting this recipe!

I realize so many recipes miss a good chance. So now I just go by ingredients or a good idea and choose my recipes based on that. I've been lucky enough to grow up eating a variety of cuisines from various cultures and have eaten at some really great restaurants from hole in the wall to 5star. So I let my palate do the choosing and so far I've had pretty good luck picking recipes. I don't generally rate recipes by cooking time or exact measurement of ingredients unless it's a baking recipe or the temp and time were just way off. I also won't give a bad rating because of my lack of ingredients or skill. I don't measure when I cook unless it's baking. I give the recipe a good read and eyeball the amounts. This works for me. I know everyone has different tastes and I will be hard pressed to give a rating of 3 unless it just really didn't work for me. I don't see any reason to hurt anyone's feelings when I can just give a detailed review of my changes or no rating instead.
