  1. In a strong zip lock bag, add the chicken and enough butter milk to cover. Add the paprika.
  2. Squeeze the air out of the bag before sealing. Once sealed mixed the chicken well so that the paprika and buttermilk mix together.
  3. Let marinade for a couple hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat oil to 350 degrees.
  5. In a bowl thoroughly combine the flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and Accent seasoning.
  6. Dredge the chicken in the flour, coating it real good to get a nice crust (I like to add the flour mixture to a large Ziploc bag, then add the chicken and shake well to coat the chicken).
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 15 minutes to really set the coating.
  8. Deep fry chicken in oil.
  9. Fry chicken for 10-15 minutes, turning the chicken over half way through (ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees).
  10. Drain on paper towels.
  11. I love this chicken with corn on the cob and sliced, fried potatoes.
