- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, 1/4 liquid drained (reserve)
- 2 tablespoons raw sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄8 cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
directions
- Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Check texture and continue to blend until desired texture is reached. Add reserved bean liquid if needed.
