1. I made this for a family Picnic, It was easy to put together! Everyone loved it, I only had about a 1/4 of it left to take home to enjoy for leftovers :( I pretty much heated everything up on the stovetop, and sauteed the onions and bacon together. Then I threw it in the crock pot during the party to keep it warm. If I had more prep time I would have just thrown it all into the crock from the beginning! Thanks so much for this Tasty Easy Recipe!!! Family Favorite now!

 2. I followed the recipe exactly and although I was a little skeptical about ground beef in my baked beans, I loved it. My hubby loved it even more. We'll try it out at our first cookout of the year and see if everyone else thinks it's as tasty as we do. Thanks Julie.

I'm a working mom of 2 my son is 14 and my daughter is 11. O.K. 3 kids if you count my hubby. My son is on the picky side but loves food with a kick. My daughter will eat anything(yes even sauerkraut) the only thing hubby won't eat is raw cabbage he's getting better thanks to this site (he even ask me to make slaw). I love to cook and try new things. One of our favorite stations is food network.I've been playing around with pics and updated my pic & my icon. O.k. Tim because well just because i love to cook with the Cd player or radio blasting and i love his stuff. The Dancing Bears because my DH and i are (were) huge dead heads. I have to update the kids pictures or they would be back there again.
