  • 10 mint leaves
  • 3 cups frozen mixed fruit, thawed and divided (jumbleberry)
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 (2 liter) cartonchilled green tea, with honey and ginseng divided
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place mint leaves in a large pitcher and crush gently with a cocktail muddler or wooden spoon, until slightly bruised. Gently stir in 2 cups of the fruit blend, honey and ginger into mint; reserve.
  2. Combine remaiing fruit blend with 1 cup Green tea. Crush until a slightly chunky paste forms. Let stand 15 minutes. Strain juice from the crushed-fruit mixture into pitcher; discard pulp in strainer. Add ice to pitcher and pour remaining tea over ice. Stir well.
