Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 ounces steak or 4 ounces flank steaks or 4 ounces sirloin steaks or 4 ounces filet mignon
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, cleaned and dry
  • 1 plum tomato, sliced
  • 4 black Greek olives, roughly chopped
  • 14 cup red onion, sliced paper thin, of whole
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Season steak with freshly ground pepper and any other herbs of choice.
  2. Grill steak.
  3. serve steak over baby spinach leaves.
  4. Meanwhile, make a tomato salad in a medium salad bowl by tossing together the chopped tomatoes, onion, olives. olive oil and vinegar.
