  • Blend ice, coconut, pineapple juice, ice cream, pina colada mix, and rum.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Swirl raspberry puree in line in glass.
  • Pour in drink.
  • Top with garnishes.

  3. Oh this was fun Dienia. I made this for our challenge and it was a heavenly dessert. These could be quite addictive. I had a couple tonight and boy can I feel the rum. I'm ready for bed and I will sleep well. This is one for the books...a great party drink
     
  4. This was SO good! I had all the ingredients for this on hand, so whipped one up yesterday evening for my husband and myself. We split one as it wasn't too long before dinner and I didn't want to fill up on ice cream. Afer I made it I was sorry I hadn't made two! This is a wonderful drink, and you could leave out the rum for nonalcoholic version and it would be just as good. I used my little hand held instant blender and it worked great with a lot less cleanup than a regular blender.Thanks Dienia for sharing this great recipe.
