Directions

  1. Put chicken in sealable bag. Combine sugar, olive oil and vinegar. Stir in prunes, basil, olives, caper, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken. Marinate for 8-10 hrs in fridge.
  2. Arrange chicken in single layer with marinade in baking dish. Drizzle with wine. Bake at 350 for 1 hr, basting regularly. Remove the chicken and sauce and plate. Sprinkle with Parsley.
