  1. Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
  2. Brown onions and garlic.
  3. While onions and garlic cook, mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Mix the onions and garlic in with everything else.
  5. Put it all in a 9"X5" loaf pan
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes, internal temp should be 165 degrees.
  7. Pour off fat.
  8. Let stand for a few minutes while you get the kids away from the TV, wash their hands, and sit them at the table.
