"Based on #54752, I added lean ground beaf to double the size of the recipe. Kid's loved it, so did the wife."

ingredients

1 cup onion, diced
3 garlic cloves
1 lb ground turkey
1 lb lean ground beef
³⁄₄ cup Italian breadcrumbs
¹⁄₄ cup egg substitute (or 1 egg)
³⁄₄ cup catsup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
cooking spray, fat free

directions

Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
Brown onions and garlic.
While onions and garlic cook, mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix the onions and garlic in with everything else.
Put it all in a 9"X5" loaf pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes, internal temp should be 165 degrees.
Pour off fat.
Let stand for a few minutes while you get the kids away from the TV, wash their hands, and sit them at the table.
