  1. Set oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Prepare an ungreased shallow baking pan.
  3. Combine crumbs, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese (if using).
  4. Dip onion ring into egg white, and then into crumbs.
  5. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
