- 1 banana
- 1 mango (peeled and sliced)
- 1 peach (fresh or peeled or canned)
- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ice cube
directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender, blend.
- Enjoy.

I did make a couple of changes here, mostly because I didn't want to use the ice cubes! I used 8 slices of frozen peaches, my usual fat-free vanilla yogurt & milk with 2% fat, AND a frozen banana to make it really, really frosty! A great tasting smoothie, & a recipe I'll add to my smoothie file! Thanks for sharing it! [Made & reviewed in Everyday Is a Holiday tag]
