ingredients

1 cup cayenne pepper hot sauce (Wingers, Franks, Red Devil)
¹⁄₂ cup unsalted butter
¹⁄₂ tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
¹⁄₂ tablespoon sambal oelek (Asian ground Chili paste)
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
¹⁄₄ teaspoon garlic powder
¹⁄₄ teaspoon onion powder
¹⁄₄ teaspoon kosher salt

directions

melt butter with everything but hot sauce simmer 5 minutes.
add Hot sauce and boil 5 minutes more.
toss with chicken!
