directions

  • rinse and sort Peas.
  • add Stock, peas, Meat (bone), vegetables, and dry ingredients.
  • bring to boil, simmer covered 2 hours.
  • remove bone and trim meat.
  • if not thickened, blend with hand blender.
  • add trimmed meat back to soup and Sherry.
  • bring back to boil and simmer 10 minutes more.
  • if too thick add some water and season to taste.
  • Serve with crusty bread! Enjoy!
