directions

  • A typical Luxembourger will have his after-dinner coffee accompanied by a measure of "Mirabelle" (an Eau-de-Vie made from Yellow plums) or "Quetsch" (another Plum Eau-de-Vie) either in a separate glass, or poured into the coffee.
  • A 'measure' is equivalent to a 'jigger' which is 1.5 fl. oz.
  • Enjoy!

  1. As you can see, I used mirabelle. I took a sip of coffee and then one of mirabelle and both go well together. It's quite potent. Thanks Elmotoo :) Made for PAC spring 2011

  2. This custom is widespread towards the East too. I like mine separate. I used a Hungarian plum eau-de -vie.Made for ZWT6.
