  • Bring butter to room temp (can do in microwave for 33 seconds at .3 power).
  • Place in mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar. Beat with whisk.
  • Reconstitute the instant coffee in the kahlua and vanilla -- add to bowl -- beat until light and fluffy.
  • If using cocoa instead of instant coffee, all can be just put in bowl without the reconstituting.
