  • 1 piece kale
  • 12 cooked chicken breast, diced (leftovers work great here)
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbles
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Rinse a leaf of kale.
  2. Place chicken on the center of the kale leaf.
  3. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over it.
  4. Drizzle balsamic over it.
  5. Fold in each end and roll.
