  • Trim all tough stems from kale and roughly chop.
  • Place the kale in a food processor or blender and pulse until pureed.
  • Add the remaining ingredients through hot sauce if used and blend, reserving 1 tbsp olive oil for dressing the finished hummus.
  • Dust with paprika if desired and serve with chips.
