- 1 (7 ounce) can rotel (or Mexican flavored tomatoes)
- 2 cups cooked white rice
directions
- Place 2 cups white rice in medium saucepan and add 1 can of Rotel or any Mexican flavored tomatoes. Cover and occasionally stir over med-low heat to prevent sticking.
- Spoon and serve with Kam Kreations Southwest Chicken.
- Super easy and Mmmmm good.
