Ingredients Nutrition

  • 453.59 g ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 709.77 ml mafalda noodles (Mini Lasagna noodles)
  • 2.46 ml italian seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 113.39 g can sliced mushrooms, sliced
  • 737.08 g can pasta sauce
  • 591.47 ml water
  • 236.59 ml cheddar cheese, Shredded

Directions

  1. Brown beef and onion in 4 quart Dutch oven over medium heat until no longer pink, drain.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except for the cheese.
  3. Heat til boiling, stirring occasionally, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
