“These potatoes are a nice change from the standard boiled, baked, or mashed potatoes. Kids and adults alike love them. They are quick and easy to prepare. I prefer to use new potatoes or red ones, but any kind can be used. This is a very old recipe and I have no idea where it originally came from.”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 -6 potatoes, medium sized
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 12 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F Peel potatoes.
  2. Roll in melted butter, then in crushed corflakes. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
  3. Cover casserole, and bake for 1 1/4. hours.
