- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (29 ounce) can corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (28 ounce) can hunts diced tomatoes
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package mccormick hot chili seasoning mix
- 1 1⁄2 onions
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons spanish paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup jalapeno
- 1 1⁄2 cups jalapeno juice
directions
- Brown the ground beef and onions together.
- Put tomatoes in a pan, drain corn and kidney beans and add them too.
- Put the beef and onions into the pan cook all on a medium-to-high temperature
- Add jalapeños and the juice to the pan.
- Let the chili percolate for about 30 min, longer if desired. Serve. This recipe is great if you want to harm your enemies by making it appear as a peace treaty effort!
- Goes great with Mexican Cornbread.
