Directions

  1. Soak tapioca in 2/3 cup cold water for one hour. {Phil's note: I can almost promise you this is NOT the quick cook kind}.
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Put in an unbaked pie shell [9 inch, I assume if not tell me Phil] Top with crumbs.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes then lower to 350° for 35 minutes.
