ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- lightly grease cookie sheet.
- mix well: butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- roll individual uncooked cookies in sugar (optional).
- crisscross with forks.
- bake for about 10 minutes.
