- 2 (8 ounce) packages at room temperature cream cheese
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 ounces drained diced pimentos
- 2 ounces chopped black olives
- 1 (1 ounce) package original ranch dressing mix
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
directions
- Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese together until smooth. Add ranch dressing mix and blend well.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, pimentos, and olives until well combined.
- Place on serving dish and shape into a ball.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on the cheese ball until completely covered.
- Refrigerate over night for best results. Serve with buttery crackers.
