  1. I made this with light cream and light cheese, broccoli, onion, and a small green pepper. Nice! This makes a good base for any kind of quiche you want to make.

  2. This is delicious! It will also be my base for all my quiches from now on. I may also try it without the crust for lower carbs. I added sauteed mushrooms and some chopped ham. Thanks for a winner.

  3. This quiche is amazing! It was so fast and easy to put together and the taste is wonderful. I used a Mexican cheese blend. The eggs were so moist and fluffy it was almost like a souffle in texture. I will be making this again and again! We added Pace Picante sauce on top. Yum! This quiche is awesome as is, but I could also see it would be a great base for any kind of add-in you might want--like bacon or green onions, chopped tomatoes, etc. Thanks for a keeper Jaymee. :-)

  4. This was very easy to put together and made a nice a nice brunch dish. I made it with cheddar cheese. I did not use a crust, but poured in directly into a pan sprayed with cooking spray. (I rarely use crust, just a personal thing.) Thanks for sharing your recipe Jaymee.

I have two awesome boys 7 and 6 and a wonderful husband of 15 years. I have been cooking since the age of 10 when I became a latch-key kid with my 6 year old little sis. I cooked Friday nights when my single mom closed the bank and my favorite recipes were broiled fish, oven BBQ chicken and tuna salad! Cooking was fun then and it is even better now cooking with my boys or anyone else I can employ in the kitchen with me!!
