  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together. That's the coconut and carob/cocoa powder.
  • Whip the egg whites until stiff.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Spoon out tablespoon sized balls onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, or until the macaroons are firm and the outside but still give when pressed.
