Ingredients Nutrition
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup vegan sour cream
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
Directions
- Brown turkey and onion in a large nonstick skillet.
- Add the flour and stir until turkey is coated.
- Add broth, mustard, paprika and sour cream. Stir until sauce is creamy.
- Serve over egg noodles.
