ingredients

3 cups milk
12 ounces Jimmy Dean sausage
¹⁄₄ cup flour
6 tablespoons butter
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
¹⁄₂ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

directions

Brown the sausage.
Remove sausage with slotted spoon.
add butter to sausage drippings and melt.
Add flour and Worcester sauce to butter and mix.
add milk and sausage to mixture and cook for 15 minutes over medium/high heat until thick.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Serve over biscuits or country fried chicken or steak.
