  • Brown the sausage.
  • Remove sausage with slotted spoon.
  • add butter to sausage drippings and melt.
  • Add flour and Worcester sauce to butter and mix.
  • add milk and sausage to mixture and cook for 15 minutes over medium/high heat until thick.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Serve over biscuits or country fried chicken or steak.
