Kelly's Bombdiggidy Crock Pot Pork Roast

1 pork roast with vegetables

ingredients
- 2 -3 lbs pork roast
- 1⁄3 cup pancake syrup (maple flavored not real maple syrup)
- 3⁄4 cup beef broth
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄4 cup berry red wine
- splash cooking sherry
- 4 small onions, quartered
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 6 -7 quartered red potatoes
- salt & pepper
directions
- Put pork roast in crock pot; mix the next 7 ingredients together in a bowl and pour over pork roast. Arrange vegetables around the roast. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the whole dish in the crock pot. Put lid on and set crock pot to LOW for 7-8 hours.
- You can also put this together and start at lunch time by turning on high for 4 hours and it will be ready when you get home!
