ingredients

1 egg
12 crackers
¹⁄₄ - ¹⁄₂ cup chopped onion
¹⁄₄ - ¹⁄₂ cup chopped green pepper
onion salt
garlic pepper seasoning
3 lbs ground beef

directions

Mix in a large bowl, put in a 4" X 8" glass dish.Then put ketchup on top of the loaf.
