  • Pour olive oil into large saucepan. Add unpopped popcorn. Cover and heat over high heat.
  • When first kernel pops, open cover and add sugar. Cover immediately.
  • Shake pan vigorously until popping slows to less than 1 pop per 3 seconds, being careful not to allow popcorn to scorch.
  • Immediately pour into large bowl. Salt to taste. Toss to break up clumps.

  3. I selected this recipe as a tag for PAC 2008. This was a good recipe to have, as I love Kettle Korn and find it ready made so seldom. It was an easy recipe to make. Now, I am truly spoiled.
