  1. I must have used the wrong sized can of lime-aid in this recipe. I used a large one since the recipe did not specify and it was so sweet we couldn't eat it. I won't make this one again.

  2. Very simple & so VERY refreshing!! It took only minutes to whip up. We loved it!!

  3. I used a 12 oz limeade and it turned out really good (really lime-y...the way I like it)! The recipe does yield enough for 2 8" pies or do what I did and make one deep dish 9" and then freeze the leftover. I then scooped balls of the frozen leftover and rolled them in graham cracker/sugar for bite-sized snacks freezer snacks :) Great recipe!

  4. I just made this pie but haven't tasted it yet (besides a few licks of the filling!). The only comment I have is that the recipe yielded WAY too much filling for the graham cracker crust. I had to throw a portion of it out. I think 12 ounces of cool whip would have been just enough.

  5. Wow...Wow..Wow! I can't believe how easy & delicious this was. I used fat-free milk & cool whip and added some extra lime juice because I like it tart. Next time I'll just buy a larger limeade. Excellent!

I work as a volunteer with kindergarten children-4-5-6 years old. I have been doing this for 3 years and I love it. I wish everyone would spend some time helping children in school. This has become my passion. I found I was needed and they helped fill a void in my life. I am a widow and my husband loved to eat and I loved cooking for him. I had such great fun trying new recipes on him. We had 8 children - his - and mine. I was a pretty good cook when we married but with 10 people in the new family I became a very good cook. It was helpful to be Italian and have a great cook for a Mom. I don't have many pet peeves. I am a very patient person. My pet peeves these days, I guess is that some parents don't spend time with their children. It is so evident, now that I am with these little ones. They are so easy to please and so happy to be alive. Enough I can go on and on
