Key Lime White Chocolate Chipper Cookies

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lime zest
- 3⁄4 cup white chocolate chips
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a bowl cream together butter, sugar, egg and egg yolk.
- Blend in the flour, baking powder, salt, lime juice and lime zest.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into walnut sized balls.
- Placed on ungreased sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool.
