  1. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic.
  2. Place cut up chicken in a 1 gallon zip lock bag.
  3. Pour marinate into the bag with chicken.
  4. Place in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
  5. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 5 minutes or longer.
  6. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.
