Kicked up Shells and Cheese

"This came out of the Kraft Food and Family Magazine. I make it all the time because it's simple and quick and my kids eat it well. Not to mention that the tomatoes in it give in enough flavor for adults too. Great go-to pantry meal served with a salad. Yield is approximate."

I am a mother of 3 in SW Missouri. I am an Independent Consultant for Brown Bag Party, an in home romance party plan company. In my spare time I love to cook. I have since I was a kid. My favorite cookbook would have to be anything by Gooseberry Patch. I love their recipes their so homey, yet presentable, the perfect combination for a Midwestern mom. I really hope that I get to meet new people who share the same love for cooking as I do.
