  1. Separate the yolks and eggs whites. Put the whites in another bowl and set aside.
  2. With a electric mixer, beat egg yolks until they are a lemon color.
  3. Add sugar & salt, & beat until smooth.
  4. Slowly add the whiskey, cream or half & half, nutmeg & milk.
  5. In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until they form a soft peek.
  6. Fold the egg whites into the 1st half of the mixer you prepared.
  7. Chill & serve.
