  1. This turned out well. We found that it tasted even better the next day. I could not find jalapeno Cheez Whiz so I used regular Chez Whiz and added diced green chilies. Yum.

  2. This is a tasty casserole. I'm thinking that with some cooked chicken added it would even make a nice dinner casserole.

  3. This stuff is awesome! You would never guess how much flavor is in so few ingredients. Will definitely be making this again! I used cubed velveeta in place of the cheese whiz because that is what I had on hand. Thanks for a great recipe!

  4. This is a really great casserole. I've been making it for years. The only difference is mine is made with yellow rice instead of chicken rice. It's a really easy recipe.

  5. Absolutely wonderful! I whipped this together for tonight's dinner, it was so easy to put together, it took no time at all. I used 2 cans niblets corn kernels in place of the mexicorn, and plain Cheez Whiz, I added some chopped pimento, and Parmesan cheese to the mixture. This is the second time I have made this recipe in the last week, my DH requested it again for tonight, I thought I had already rated it, but I guess I had forgotten, anyway better late than never. I am giving this 5 stars for taste and simplicity..thanks so much for sharing!...Kittencal:)

I love to try new recipes and mainly look for ones that are new and different, such as a twist on an old favorite or something no one's ever thought of! I also enjoy writing in my spare time. I live in Northeast Ohio where the weather isn't the greatest, humid in the summer and cold winters- but it has been nice growing up by the lake! I own two wonderful cats who can be quite a handful at times, but my fiancee and I couldn't live without them!
