Kids Love This Meatloaf

"This is the meatloaf that my mother made. It is the only meatloaf I have ever liked. This recipe is so popular with my family that I always have to make two of them, and we still on't ever have any leftovers. If you are lucky enough to have any leftovers, this makes a delicious sandwich filling."

  1. When I make meatloaf I usualy put it in a double boiler, that's how my mum made it, so this was new to me. I must admit it was very nice indeed, I liked the topping that went on before cooking, it added a saucy bit on top which was nice, as you can see from the pic's we had it for dinner, and I made a wee sauce to go with it, and later on a rowie, for a snack. Sorry a rowie is a bread roll made with butter found here in Scotland. Thank you for a very good recipe. Made for PAC spring 2009.
