Ingredients: 2 lbs kielbasa; 2 lbs boneless chicken; 2 lbs sweet Italian sausage; 3/4 cup corn syrup; 1 cup ketchup; 1/2 cup mustard; 1 teaspoon horseradish; 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 8 ounces tomato sauce; 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese; 12 ounces red currant jelly

ingredients

2 lbs kielbasa
2 lbs boneless chicken
2 lbs sweet Italian sausage
³⁄₄ cup corn syrup
1 cup ketchup
¹⁄₂ cup mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish
¹⁄₂ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces tomato sauce
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
12 ounces red currant jelly

directions

Boil & slice all meat for 1 hour each. Save broth of chicken and add 3/4 cup to sauce while simmering. Mix all ingredients of sauce & cook on low heat. Add meat & continue to simmer for 1 hour.
