  • 1. Cook pasta alone, rinse & chill.
  • 2. Mix all dressing ingredients while pasta cooks/cools.
  • 3. Once pasta has cooled to about room temperature, mix well with other ingredients. Garnish as desired.
  • Serve cold.

  1. I love this recipe. The citrus juices add a nice tang. To add protein, I sometimes add chunks of sharp or swiss cheese.

  3. I made this with sundried tomatoes instead of cherry and loved it!
     
  4. This was fantastic! A great new rendition to typical pasta salad. I used a purple onion, more capers & put in a mix of whole and quartered tomatoes to save time. I got lots of complements! I used regular black peppercorns (I hope that was right) and it turned out well. I also garnished with cheese, but not oregano and I think it's a great addition, but since it was for a church picnic, I had it in a dish on the side for those who may not be lactose tolerant. Thanks!
