  1. A yummy, refreshing and very healthy smoothie, that is a great way to start the day! Made this for my dad, who really enjoyed it, but even though I left out the bananas (due to heartburn issues) he thought it was a little on the thick side. Maybe a splash more juice could help with that. THANKS SO MUCH for sharing your recipe with us, Syd! Made and reviewed for PRMR Tag Game February 2010.

  2. Delish! Great combo. I added more liquid and was probably a little shy on the amount of kiwi because mine was much lighter in colour. Added in some flax oil and psyllium husk and called it lunch. NY resolution to have one green drink or fruit smoothie per day so your collection is a great resource...thanks Sydney Mike!

  3. I am a smoothie fanatic, and this one really hit the spot. The combination of the fruits was perfect! The only adjustment I made was to add a tablespoon of wheat germ. I will be making this one again. It was a nice tropical treat during a very cold December! Made for PRMR Tag Game.
