  1. When I made this, the kiwis and pinappple had been on the counter ripening, so they weren't cold. I put the salad together, took a bite, and thought, "that's pretty good." Then I put it in the fridge for an hour or so. Wow! Really good! A great fruit salad. Thank you! Reviewed for Healthy Choices ABC tag.

  2. Healthy Choices 2008 ABC. What a light refreshing salad. This was very easy and great on a hot summer night. Thanks for posting this Tiny Chef!

  3. A very light and tasty fruit salad. We love kiwi and this was a nice combination of fruits. The honey and lemon really gave it just the right tang. Thanks for a simple and delicious new salad!

  4. Tasty. I made this for Healthy Choices Tag Game 2013 saying that, I tagged it because I had some vitamin C rich organic kiwi with the healthy skin on I sliced for this recipe along with fresh pineapple also rich in vitamin C. I left out the strawberries because I had none on hand which is probably a good thing considering I would likely not have had organic ones and conventionally grown strawberries are some of the most pesticided fruit. I used freshly squeezed lemon juice and local buckwheat honey. Made for Healthy Choices Tag Game 2013.

  5. This is a very pretty and colorful salad. I made this because I had some kiwi and strawberries I needed to use and had enough to make half of the recipe. Didn't have pineapple, so I substituted mandarin oranges. Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Game.

I live in a booming town on the West Coast, close to a mountain range and the beach. My favorite cookbook is my mother's old Betty Crocker cookbook, because I have such fond memories of baking with her when I was younger. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"><img src=http://i335.photobucket.com/albums/m445/mliss29/vegnswap2/group09okra.jpg><img src=http://i335.photobucket.com/albums/m445/mliss29/vegnswap3/group06grape.jpg> <b>Chef of the Day: Sept 5th, 2008</b>
