  • Bring a pot of water to the boil, add the vinegar. Swirl the water in a circle motion
  • Crack a egg into a small bowl then carefully drop into boiling water.
  • Once cooked to your liking remove the egg from the pot and cool in cold water.
  • Cook the 2nd egg and place in cold water.
  • Toast the bread and top with ham then tomato sauce.
  • Remove pot from the heat and place eggs back in water for 1 min.
  • Top toast with eggs and serve.
