Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter.
  2. Add sugar and eggs; beat until light and smooth.
  3. Mix in salt and baking soda.
  4. Add flour a little at a time while mixing; blend well. Dough should be soft but not sticky.
  5. Roll out as for pie crust.
  6. Cut into 2 inch squares.
  7. Fill with apricot filling (or your choice of filling).
  8. Fold 2 opposite corners together and pinch closed.
  9. Bake in 350° oven 15-20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
